The very first stage would be to either contact our Security Specialist team on 0412 212 453. From here, we can discuss your requirements and find the best solution for your situation.
Step 2 - Site Assessment
If the phone consultation is adequate, you can simply skip to step 3, our specialists suggest a further look or if you would like a more detailed assessment, the next step will be to make an appointment with one of our licenced security specialists.
Step 3 - Plan & Quote
We recognise that almost every home or business is different in it’s own way. That is why we prefer to customise the system to your property rather than just having set packages. If we have floor plans to work with, we will make a visual image of what we think your system will include and quote accordingly,.
Step 4 - Installation
When the quotation has been accepted, a team member from All Taylored Solution will be in touch to arrange for our licensed and trained security technicians to carry out the installation as quick as possible.
Step 5 - Ongoing Support
Ongoing support and after sales service is as important to us as the original sale and installation. Therefore, we offer phone support to assit where required. We will also have the system’s records saved so if anything does happen, we will promptly have one of our technicians come out and resolve, if required.
